Promotional offers and store credits are not applicable to prior purchases. To receive a discounted price on a product, it must be included in an active promotional sale, and the discounted rate is exclusively valid throughout the duration of the sale period.
All orders are inspected by our team for quality control to ensure all products are free from any defects. We aim only to ship products that will be guaranteed up to your satisfaction.
Our standard order processing time is typically 1 business day. Once an order is processed, it is not possible to cancel the order. At this moment, we do not offer any amendments or modifications to orders. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Exceptions to this timeframe may include:
- Products with extended delivery timelines. Estimated delivery timeframes will be indicated on the respective product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order information after this window has passed, please reach out to support@unitedkakooli.com
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking information. The tracking number can be found within: the shipping confirmation email that you will receive, order details in your account, and on the shipping carrier’s website.
All domestic orders in Kuwait are delivered via Posta Plus within 1-2 business days once the order has been processed.
All domestic orders are processed the same day if received before 2:00 pm. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be handed to the delivery courier in the morning of the next business day.
All domestic orders are entitled to free shipping for orders above 10 KWD.
We ship internationally to the GCC region only, which includes: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq. All international orders take 1 business day for processing. After the order has been processed, all international orders will be delivered via DHL Express within 1-3 business days, but can reach up to 5 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and are assigned by DHL as per order. Shipping fees do not include any potential customs duties or taxes that may be imposed in your country. If you fail to pay any customs duties and / or taxes without reasonable reason, causing the liability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including the Brand), the amount of such customs duties and / or taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
The shipping fees are calculated automatically via our shipping partner DHL and are based on volumetric weight. Although we strive to get you the best shipping rates possible, these rates are not in our control as we do not profit from them. We always suggest compiling your purchases into larger ones to save on shipping fees.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Once the returned products are examined and are deemed in good condition, a refund request can be made. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Please note:
Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
Domestic customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace a product, you will have to return the original order, request a refund, then create a new order.
Please note, we do not offer free returns.
Returns processing take up to 5-7 business days, after which a refund will be processed.
Refunds can be credited back into your bank account, or as store credit for the retail price of item(s) purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to reflect back into your account, but can take up to 14 days. We advise you to check with your bank to check if the refund has been credited in.
If the refund is requested as store credit, the refund will be credited immediately once the returned products are examined and deemed in good condition.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items previously purchased that have now become eligible for discounts, as discount codes are only applicable during eligible periods.

Yes. KU Points can be redeemed with ongoing sales, but cannot be combined with any discount codes. You will have the option to use or not use the KU Points for redemption at checkout, with the price before / after redemption showing before payment.
No, discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be redeemed at checkout.
All our fabric pieces are sold as 3.5 meters, which is enough for 1 dishdasha if your tailoring requires less than 4 meters. Each piece’s is 58 inches wide.
Each roll of fabric contains 22.86 meters (25 yards).
Each roll of fabric will contain enough fabric to make 7 dishdashas if your tailoring requires 3 meters, 6 dishdashas if you require 3.5 meters, and 5 dishdashas if you require 4 meters.
No, all our pieces are cut and prepared beforehand to the standard 3.5 meter length. If you require more of the same fabric, you will have to purchase the same fabric in more increments, or purchase a roll.
You are only able to purchase specific amount of fabric in-store.

Products that contain natural cotton need to be soaked in cold water for 24 hours before being tailored.
The remainder of our fabrics are pre-soaked from the manufacturer and do not require any soaking in water before tailoring
To find the care instructions for a product, please check the fabric care label. However, you can follow the general guidelines below:
Summer Fabrics:
Products containing cotton: Soak in cold water for 24 hours before tailoring (if using natural cotton).
- Machine wash on delicates cycle below 40°C, or hand wash.
- Do not use excess detergent.
- Avoid detergents containing bleach or liquid bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly using plenty of water to remove all detergent.
- Do not tumble dry to avoid pilling.
- Dry in shade only.
- Warm iron at 110°C.
Winter Fabrics:
Products containing wool or cashmere:
- Dry clean only.
- Do not iron.
- Light steam only.
Products that do not contain wool or cashmere:
- Machine wash on delicates cycle below 40°C, or hand wash.
- Wash separately from dark colors.
- Do not use excess detergent.
- Avoid detergents containing bleach or liquid bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly using plenty of water to remove all detergent.
- Do not tumble dry to avoid pilling.
- Dry in shade only.
- Light steam only.
Shemaghs:
- Machine wash at 40°C using delicates cycle, or hand wash.
- Wash separately from dark colors.
- Do not use chlorine bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Warm iron at 150°C.
Socks:
- Machine wash on delicates cycle below 40°C.
- Do not use excess detergent.
- Avoid detergents containing bleach or liquid bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly using plenty of water to remove all detergent.
- Do not tumble dry to avoid pilling.
- Dry in shade only.
Tier 1 - Silver: Every 1 KWD spent gets the customer 1 KU Point reward.

Definitions:
Privilege Points: points required for tier promotion or retention. Cannot be redeemed for anything else. These points expire 365 days after being awarded.
KU Points: points that are required for cash reward at checkout / payment. Can only be used for redemption in 200 KU Point increments worth 5 KWD. Cannot be combined with other discount codes. Can only be used on a minimum order price of 5 KWD+. Redemption only goes toward total purchase price, excluding shipping fees and any value-added tax. These points do not expire.
-Reward System: Each 1 KWD spent rewards the customer with 1 KU Point in the Silver tier, 2 KU Points in the Gold tier, and 3 KU Points in the Platinum tier. Shipping fees / Value-added tax does not reward any KU Points or Privilege Points.
-KU Point Redemption: Each 200 KU Points are redeemable for 5 KWD from the total purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or value-added tax.
- KU Points can only be redeemable in 200 point increments.
- KU Points do not expire. To redeem KU Points, a minimum of 5 KWD purchase price order must be met, excluding any shipping fees or value-added tax.
- For example, if your order is worth 3.5 KWD, you would not be able to redeem any KU Points for cash reward.
- KU Points are still rewarded even if there is a KU Point redemption in the transaction. e.g. if the order price was 15 KWD, and you redeem 200 points worth 5 KWD, the final order price would be 10 KWD.
- You would earn KU and Privilege Points, on the final order price, 10 KWD in this example, based on your tier status.
- If you make a purchase and obtain KU Points for that purchase, and decide to refund or cancel the order, those points gained from that purchase will be forfeited from your account.
- If you make a purchase by redeeming KU Points and decide to refund or cancel the order after it has been processed, you will forfeit those points and will not get them back.
-Tier Promotion: Silver tier is obtained automatically once an account is created on the website. Gold tier is obtained by accruing lifetime 1000 Privilege Points. Platinum tier is obtained by accruing lifetime 3000 Privilege Points. Privilege Points are obtained via this calculator: 1 KWD spent = 1 Privilege Point for Silver tier, 1 KWD spent = 2 Privilege Points for Gold tier, 1 KWD spent = 3 Privilege Points for Platinum tier. These Privilege Points have no maximum limit, and cannot be redeemed for anything.
- Demotion and Privilege Point Expiration: Privilege Points expire based on activity (purchases) within a rolling 365-day window from being awarded. Demotion occurs when remaining Privilege Points are below the tier threshold. When a customer is demoted (e.g., from Platinum to Gold), the points needed to move back up are not fixed. Instead, points are deducted proportionally, starting with the oldest earned points.
- For example: if a customer earned 1,000 points 180 days ago and 1,500 points 364 days ago, the 1,500 points will be deducted first.
- This affects their current Privilege Point total (used for tiering).
- KU Points remain the same.
No demotion from Silver tier, but Privilege Point expiration still applies.
-Discount Rules: KU Points redemption cannot be combined with any discount codes. The higher discount would be applied only at checkout, to the subtotal price, excluding shipping fees and value-added tax.
To redeem your KU Points, simply login to your account page and select Redeem to convert your 200 points into a discount code. Use that discount code at checkout for it to be applied.
